"I would just like to give you my thoughts on the way the bamboo flooring went down. As a customer of yours who has never laid bamboo before it went really smoothly and we are so happy with the result.

After we prepared the floor which involved removing all the tiles and smoothing off to a reasonable condition we then removed all the skirting and cutting the gyprock up enough for the flooring and underlay to move freely with expansion and shrinkage and then I cut under the doors with a little tool called a multi function tool which was fantastic for the job. Then the rest was just smooth sailing because the instructions that you gave in written form and verbal were so easy to   follow. I enjoyed doing the laying very much indeed.

There are a few tools need such a power saw with a fine tooth blade, a jig saw and a sliding drop saw.

We cut a couple of wedges just to go under the boards as we were putting each one in which made them click in very nicely using a hammer and bit timber as a block up against the board. Over all it was a lot of fun!"
